Basil-Lover’s Green Beans

- 1 lb green beans
- 1 small zucchini or other summer squash (about 1 C of chunks)
- 1 C fresh basil leaves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 med. sized clove garlic
Trim ends from beans. Break beans in to 1-inch pieces. Steam over boiling water for 7 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
While beans are cooking, cut zucchini into chunks. Place into a food processor along with basil and salt and garlic. Process until smooth. Toss with beans.
