Pepper Slaw
Servings: 6
- 4 C shredded green cabbage (or bagged coleslaw mix)
- 2 C diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
Combine cabbage and bell pepper in bowl.
In a separate container mix the last 5 ingredients to make the dressing.
Pour dressing on cabbage & bell pepper and toss well.
