Easy Greens Recipe

4 cups greens (Beet, Kale or Mustard), chopped
toasted sesame oil - 1 tsp is plenty
chopped garlic to taste
Organic Tamari sauce to tasteSteam greens 10 - 15 minutes. Add seasonings. Can be served on rice or any grain or eaten as is.
