Kale with Mushrooms

I had fresh kale chopped with some mushrooms at a health food deli - asked
for the recipe and it was nummy.
Chopped kale fresh
Mushrooms cooked with chopped garlic in a bit of water and 2 tsp toasted
sesame oil - can make it one - the oil is so worth the flavor - probably can get
by with one tsp.
Add to kale - toss with small amount vinegar if desired - but mushroom water
adds flavor
- salt and pepper to taste - let sit about 10 minutes then toss
again... nummy. And so healthy. Kale has more vitamins and minerals than any
green.
