3 Bean Easy Chili

1 small onion chopped
1 can red kidney beans drained
1 can garbanzo beans drained
1 can green beans drained
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups low salt V8 juice
garlic powder to taste
chili powder to taste
cumin powder taste
Sauté the onion in a little water. Add the rest of ingredients. Add more V8 juice if you want the chili less thicker. Simmer for about 10 minutes.I like to serve over brown rice. This recipe is so fast and tasty!
