Cream of Cabbage Soup
Source: Eat for Strength (Thrash)
1 cup vegetable broth
3 cups shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup soy milk
2 Tbsp. minced parsleyCook first five ingredients for about 6 minutes. Stir in soy milk. Serve with croutons.
