Black-eyed Pea Soup

15 oz can blackeyes peas, rinsed and drained
10 oz can of rotel
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 medium chopped onions
2-10 oz packages of frozen spinach
3-4 chopped cloves of garlic
black pepper, to taste
oregano, to taste
parsley, to taste

Put onions into 1/2 cup of water and sauté on high for about 15 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
