Barley Lentil Soup
3/4 cup lentils
3/4 cup pearl barley
one 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
6 cups water
1 diced carrot
2 diced celery stalks
1 large diced onion
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-4 vegetable boullion cubes (optional)
Directions:
Throw it all in a pot and simmer for 40 minutes or until barley and lentils
are cooked through.
