Italian Hot Dog Spaghetti

Italian Hot Dog Spaghetti

Recipe By :Adapted From A Potful of Recipes, Joanna Lund
Serving Size : 6 

2 cups spaghetti -- broken, uncooked (full cups)
1 16 oz package Smart Dogs -- (or other veggie hot dogs) cut into 1/2" pieces
1 1/2 cups zucchini -- diced
1 cup shredded carrots
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups hot water
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons Splenda or Sugar Twin -- (or other sweetener)

Spray a slow cooker container with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine uncooked spaghetti, hot dogs, zucchini, and carrots. In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, water, Italian seasoning, and Splenda. Pour sauce mixture over spaghetti mixture. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Mix well before serving.

Per serving: 211 Calories (kcal); 1g Total Fat; (2% calories from fat); 21g Protein; 31g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 655mg Sodium
