McDougall Maximum Weight Loss Program Recipes

Recipes below should be compliant with the McDougall Program for Maximum Weight Loss (MWL), with the possible exception of added salt.  Dr. McDougall suggests omitting salt from recipes and adding a little at the table, only if absolutely necessary.

This list is nowhere near complete; it is a work-in-progress, and many more MWL-legal recipes can be found on this site and on the blog.  These recipes have not been authorized or approved in any way by Dr. John McDougall.  Please contact us with any corrections that should be made to this page.
