compliant with the McDougall Program for Maximum Weight Loss (MWL), with the
possible exception of added salt. Dr. McDougall suggests omitting
salt from recipes and adding a little at the table, only if absolutely
necessary.
This list is nowhere near
complete; it is a work-in-progress, and many more MWL-legal recipes can be found
on this site and on the blog. These recipes have not been authorized or approved in any
way by Dr. John McDougall. Please contact us
