Curried Bulghur & Beans

- 2 cups cooked bulghur
- 1 cup cooked soy beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 5 mushrooms (fresh)
- asian curry paste
- salt
- opt.: 1 tsp of sesame seeds
Sautee onions, carrots and mushrooms until almost done; add the beans and
bulghur and cook until everything is hot. Season with curry paste (I dissolve it
in a bit of boiling water) and salt. Add some sesame seeds if you like.
This dish can be made mild or very hot. Use every Asian curry paste you like.
