Curried Bulghur & Beans

Sautee onions, carrots and mushrooms until almost done; add the beans and bulghur and cook until everything is hot. Season with curry paste (I dissolve it in a bit of boiling water) and salt. Add some sesame seeds if you like.

This dish can be made mild or very hot. Use every Asian curry paste you like.
