Fresh Figs with Strawberry Cream

Servings: 4
- one 10.5 oz package lite silken tofu
- 1/3 C natural no sugar added strawberry jam
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 fresh ripe figs
- In blender or food processor, combine tofu, jam, and vanilla until smooth.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, split figs and place on dessert dishes. Top with chilled
cream.
