Zippy Tomato Salad Dressing

2/3 cup tomato juice
2 tsp. dried onion
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. salt, optional
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes
Mix well. Pour over individual salads.
