Zero Salad Dressing

1/2 cup tomato juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. vegetable powder*
Combine all ingredients in jar with
lid and shake well before using.
Yield: 1/2 cup dressing
*Vegetable seasoning powder,
available in health food stores, is dried vegetables ground into powder.
