Vegan Ranch Dressing 2

6 oz. Mori-Nu silken style tofu -- firm or extra firm
1/4 C. Soy Mayonnaise
1/4 C. green onion -- finely chopped
3 T. water
4 t. lemon juice
1 T. freshly chopped parsley
1 T. freshly chopped dill
1 T. tamari soy sauce, or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 1/2 t. garlic -- minced
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 dash cayenne pepper

In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients, and process until smooth.  Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Use as a dressing, dip, spread, or mayonnaise substitute in your favorite recipes.

Yield: 1 3/4 Cups
