Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

(Without the anchovies, of course!)

Recipe By :

1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp Braggs
2 tsp water
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic granules
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for a minute, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Store in refrigerator in a clean container with a tight fitting lid.
