Thai Dressing

A lower-fat version of a normally high-fat dressing.

  1                cup       water
  1           teaspoon  fresh ginger
  3        tablespoons  tahini
  3        tablespoons  miso -- (fermented soy paste)
  2        tablespoons  lemon juice

Blend well in blender or food processor

Makes 12 2-tablespoon servings.
