Orange Asian-Style Dressing

Try this: Take 1/2 cup orange juice, one orange cut up, 1/2 cup rice vinegar,
and one tablespoon of tahini (or peanut butter, or cashew butter).
Whiz in blender or food processer with a pinch of salt, pinch of black
pepper, pinch of garlic powder.
It's yummy! Trust me....
