Mexican Black Eyed Peas

Mexican Black Eyed Peas

4 can Black eyed peas
1 Onion; chopped
1 Bell pepper; chopped
1 cup Chopped celery
1 can Diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp Garlic salt (or minced garlic)
1 tbsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Brown sugar
salt & pepper

Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery, (in water) I however, put them in fresh and let them cook down. Put all ingredients in crockpot and add some water if needed. Cook on low for 2 hours.
