Mexican Red Beans

1 pound dried beans -- soaked overnight
4 cups cold water
1 large onion -- coarsely chopped
16 ounces tomatoes
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cumin
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover; cook on high for 2 hours. Reduce
heat to low and cook for 8 hours.
