(WW) Taco Soup

(WW) Taco Soup

POINTS® Value : 4
Servings: 8 (1 C. Serving)

I know that I just posted this, but that was before I had supper.  Now I think it bears repeating. I added garlic, oregano, & red pepper flakes(to taste). I served it over 1/2 c. brown rice. As someone else said it is "AWSOME".

14 1/2 oz Eden Organic Chili Beans (dark red kidney)
14 1/2 oz canned pinto beans
14 1/3 oz canned diced tomatoes
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes with green chilies
16 serving ranch dressing mix (check pkg carefully for dairy ingredients)
1 large onion(s)
6 serving morningstar veg. crumbles
14 1/2 oz canned yellow corn
1 oz Old El Paso 40% Less-Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
5 cups water

Do not drain beans or tomatoes. Brown crumbles & drain. Add all ingredients in a 4 - 5 qt crockpot.  Cook on low 4 hours or until onion is done, flavors mingle, & is heated through. Or 45 minutes stove top.
