Grape Jam

Grape Jam

Recipe by: Moon

I got some concord grapes from the farmer's market and
tried jam making.

I seeded them, boiled them until they were soft (about 20 minutes), and then put the juice into a separate pot and used a folley mill to grind all but the toughest of the pulp and skins into the mix for some fiber too.

Then I added 2 cups of sugar to about 2 cups of grape juice/pulp. (It's a lot of sugar, but I'll eat it sparingly and my fiance will eat it by the cup and not show it around his waist.)

It came out fantastic, and he claims its the best jam he's ever had- but then he's only comparing to store bought.
