Cinnamon Oats

- oats (wholemeal)
- cinnamon powder
- boiling water
optional:
- raw sugar
- cocoa or carob powder
- soy milk
- grounded flax seed
Adjust the amount of oats you want to eat.
Pour oats in bowl and mix with boiling water. Let them soak for a few minutes
so the water is gone and the oats are soft but still chewy. Add cinnamon to
taste.
If you like add a tsp or tbs of flaxseed, a bit of soy milk, raw sugar or
cocoa powder.
