One Loaf Bread

Source:  Strict Vegetarian Cooking

1 cup warm water
1/2 cup applesauce
1 Tbsp. yeast

Mix and let stand 10 minutes, then add:

1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Knead well, adding flour if necessary.  Put in loaf pan and let rise to double in size.

Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
