Fruit and Tofu Shooters

1/2 pineapple, peeled and chopped
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup low-fat soft tofu (1 block)
1 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons honey (vegan alternative)
1/2 lime, juiced
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve
immediately.
Serves 6-8 Shooters
