Milk Shake
"Milk" Shake

Servings: 2
- 1 cup soy or rice or almond milk (your preference)
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- flavor of your choice (a few strawberries, peaches, vanilla, chocolate
powder...)
Blend together in a good blender and enjoy! (you might need to add more
liquid if your blender has trouble blending.)
