Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
The original "Milkshake" recipe called for 1 -2 cups crushed ice,
which I didn't have, plus I added about 60g more tofu (to use the whole block),
and it was a very large banana, so I got a Thickshake instead! (am drinking it
now actually, will make it again)
