Carolyn's Yeasty Fondue
I love eating this, but you may not. My husband in particular hates this
dish, so I just make it for myself.
1/4 cup flaky yellow nutritional yeast
1/4 cup soy milk (or more if you want it more liquidy) You can also use water.
A few drops of liquid smoke
Approximately 1/2 teaspoon of tamari (or to taste)
Sometimes I add a dash of garlic granules
Mix everything up in a small bowl and put in the microwave for one minute or
until it is bubbly. Remove from microwave and stir. Eat by dipping chunks of
bread, chopped raw veggies, or grilled or roasted veggies. Serves one.
