"Meat Loaf"

I substitute Gimme Lean (Ground "Beef") and a bit of Gimme Lean ("Sausage") and follow my old meat loaf recipe ..... omitting eggs ... not really fat free; but, lower in fat

into the loaf pan and bake @ 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour

if not moist enough, I add a bit of unsweetened soy milk plain
