Steak Mushrooms

The only thing I've tried that tastes close to meat are these packages of "steak mushrooms" - they are in the produce section in little plastic packages and the mushrooms are dried. I found that if I reconstituted the mushrooms and marinated and then seasoned them like I would meat - they are as close to meat in texture and taste as anything I've tried. I forgot who makes these.
